Cluvi is a platform that connects content creators with clippers. Creators launch campaigns with a budget and clippers earn money by creating short-form clips (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) from those campaigns. Earnings are based on the views your clips generate.

Anyone in India can sign up as a clipper and start earning. If you're a brand or content creator looking to grow your reach, you can sign up as a creator and launch campaigns. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Signing up and browsing campaigns is completely free for clippers. Creators pay only when setting up a campaign — the budget they set is what gets distributed to clippers based on views. A 10% platform fee is added on top of the campaign budget at checkout.

Sign up as a clipper, browse active campaigns on the homepage, pick one you like, create a clip following the campaign guidelines, and submit the link through the platform. Once approved, your clip will be tracked and you'll earn based on the views it gets.

Currently, you can submit clips posted on YouTube (Shorts) and Instagram (Reels). Support for Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat is coming soon. Each campaign specifies which platforms are accepted.

When you submit a clip, Cluvi generates a unique verification code. You need to add this code to the title or description of your YouTube video, or the caption of your Instagram post. This lets us verify that the clip belongs to you.

Cluvi uses a proprietary tracking system to monitor views on your submitted clips. We periodically poll view counts from the platform (YouTube/Instagram) and credit qualified views to your earnings. You can see real-time stats in your dashboard.

Earnings depend on the campaign. Each campaign sets its own payout rate per 1,000 views (ranging from ₹25 to ₹10,000 per 1K views). The more views your clip gets, the more you earn. You can see the rate before joining any campaign.

Yes! You can join and submit clips to as many active campaigns as you'd like. Each submission is tracked independently.

Sign up as a creator, go to your dashboard, and click 'Create Campaign'. Set a title, description, total budget, payout rate per 1,000 views, target platforms, and upload any assets or guidelines. After payment via Razorpay, your campaign goes live.

You set your own budget — it can be anywhere from the minimum payout rate up to ₹1,00,00,000. A 10% platform fee is added at checkout. You only pay for views that your campaign's clips generate; the budget is distributed to clippers based on performance.

Yes, you can optionally set a deadline. If set, it must be at least 30 days from the campaign creation date. Campaigns without a deadline run until the budget is exhausted.

Submissions appear in your creator dashboard. Pending clips are shown for your review — you can preview the content via the link, then approve or reject each submission. Approved clips start being tracked for views immediately.

Go to your Wallet page in the dashboard and click 'Withdraw'. You can withdraw via UPI or bank transfer (account number + IFSC). Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

You can withdraw any amount from ₹1 up to ₹10,00,000 per request, as long as you have sufficient balance in your wallet.

Yes. Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to complete verification — either basic verification (name, phone, DOB, address) or document verification (Aadhaar upload). This is required to comply with Indian regulations.

Cluvi may deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as required under Indian tax law. You may be asked to provide your PAN for tax purposes. We recommend consulting a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

Refunds are available only for unutilized campaign funds — meaning the portion of your budget that hasn't been spent on views. Once views are generated, that portion is non-refundable. Email support@cluvi.io with your Transaction ID to request a refund. Processing takes 5–7 business days.

Cluvi has strict policies against artificial engagement. If we detect botting, fake views, or any manipulation, your submissions will be rejected and your account may be restricted or permanently removed. All staff decisions on this are final.

No — approved clips must remain public indefinitely. Deleting or making a tracked clip private will impact your earnings and may result in account restrictions.

No. Duplicate posts are not allowed. Each clip must be a unique submission posted from your own account. Collab-posting or post-boosting is also prohibited.

Currently, each account is tied to a single role (creator or clipper) chosen at signup. If you need to switch roles, please contact support for assistance.

You can request account deletion from your dashboard settings or by emailing support@cluvi.io. Please note that any pending earnings must be withdrawn before deletion, and the process is irreversible.
